At Fiden, he leads commercial direction and the transformation thesis — that agentic AI, deployed with governance and fiduciary discipline, can restructure the economics of a wealth enterprise without eroding its trust.

Malavika brings more than two decades of global product leadership across Uber, Zeotap, AT&T, TiVo and 24/7.ai — building and scaling enterprise products across mobility, data intelligence, telecommunications, and conversational AI. She holds an MBA from University of Michigan, Ross and Masters in Data Science from IISc. At Fiden, she leads product and client delivery, building the platform and delivery model — the combination of product rigor and AI-era fluency required to build at the frontier of AI and transform enterprises.
